Refund policy

While I do not accept returns/refunds, sometimes exchanges or replacements can be made on certain circumstances.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If I sent you the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged, please email me at sales@teddymuffs.com within 14 days of your order being delivered, and I will get a replacement sent out to you. Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds due to the nature of my products. If your order has not arrived then please read my shipping policy on that issue.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as you request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase before your order is shipped, I can offer a full refund. Once your item has shipped an option for cancellation is no longer available.
