Shipping Policy

  • How can I contact the store owner?

Please email me at Sales@teddymuffs.com.

  • What if there is a problem with my order?

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please email me at sales@teddymuffs.com with proof of the wrong or damaged item within 14 days of your order being delivered and I will get a replacement sent out to you. Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds due to the nature of my products.

  • Can I cancel my order?

As long as you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and before your order is shipped, I can offer a full refund. Once your item has shipped an option for cancellation is no longer available.

  • Can I place an order and pick it up from you at a convention?

Absolutely! If you place an order and know you'll be at a convention I will be at, then I am more then happy to bring it along and you can pick it up from my table/booth in person free of charge! Just let me know and I can refund the shipping charges of course

  • Can I combine orders?

*For US orders only*

I cannot edit already placed orders, but I can adjust the second shipping cost and combine the orders in one shipment as long as your first order has not shipped yet. Just leave me a note in your checkout window or email me at sales@teddymuffs.com with both of your order numbers to let me know.(Shipping cost will first be calculated and adjusted with the added items weight)

*For International orders*

I cannot combine international orders due to the customs forms that need to be filled out. The best option would be to let me know you have 2 or more orders and I can make up a new invoice for you with all your items into 1 order. I can then refund the previous orders. Refunds can take 2 to 5 business days depending on your bank and card.

  • How can I leave a review?

To leave a review just click on the 'Write a Review' underneath customer reviews on the homepage or any product page. You will also receive an email asking for a review a few days after your order has been fulfilled.

  • An item I want is sold out. Is there any way to pre-order it for next time?

I don't do pre-orders, but if it's out of stock then I encourage you to subscribe for an email update for when I fully restock the shop. As a bonus you'll see any new items that might be released!

  • What payment types do you accept?

I accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

  • My card was declined, but I can still see a pending charge (or I was charged twice).

If your card was declined, the declined charge will still show on your account temporarily. It should go away within 24 hours. If not, contact your credit card issuer. If you attempt to use the card again, and the charge went through, then it will look like you've been charged twice. Again, the declined charge will go away within 24 hours.
