How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. It depends on the final weight of your package and the destination. You can see the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your order.
*International Order* Any customs or duty fees are not included in any shipping fee. You are responsible for any extra charges your country may charge. Please check with your countries customs department if your package has not arrived as there may be some fees due before you can receive your order.
When will my order ship out?
Typically orders will ship within 2-4 business days (not including weekends) Some orders that are larger might take between 3-6 business days (not including weekends).
How long does shipping take?
Default shipping is through USPS and shipping within the states varies from 2 to 14 business days. (Depending on shipping option selected) International shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. (Lettermail does not include tracking or insurance)
These are estimates, not guaranteed times. Due to COVID-19, some of these times are extended due to shortage in mail carriers. Please follow your tracking number before inquiring about a missing package.
Can I track my order?
Orders that selected First Class Package USPS, UPS or DHL have tracking and insurance. The tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Orders that opted for the cheaper no tracking shipping are shipped as stamped envelopes through USPS postal mail and will not have tracking or insurance. (No tracking is a AT YOUR OWN RISK option)
International orders may have tracking, depending on the destination. Some countries have full tracking, some have limited tracking, and some have none. Most times your Customs number will be your tracking for your country.
My order has not arrived.
As stated above if you chose any of the tracking options (USPS First Class Package, UPS, DHL) Then there is something that can be done for orders that have not arrived. Please read on..
If your order has not arrived there are a couple of reasons why.
1. Your order was stolen. Which you as a customer would need to file a police report for theft of united states mail. As well as file a form with your local post office for stolen mail.
2. The address was either wrong or the address was damaged in route. In this case usually I will receive the order back to me. And I will reach out to you to let you know your order was returned back to me. If its a case of wrong address then you would have to pay for shipping again with the correct address. If the address was damaged I will re-ship it free of charge.
3. It could honestly just be lost, sometimes the postal service just loses packages or the address could be unreadable which either will make the order return back to me (like stated above) or be forgotten in the lost mail department.
For all orders that have chosen the "no tracking" option. This option is At Your Own Risk option. I have no way to track your order to determine if in fact it was delivered or lost or stolen. There is no proof so in this case there is not much I can do. I do not offer refunds on lost orders that do not have tracking. The only way I will offer a refund or re-ship is if the order was returned to me for any reason like stated above.
The NO TRACKING option is shipped like a regular stamped envelope and depending on your location can take up to 2 weeks in the US or 2 months for international. 95% of my orders are never lost, our postal service has been pretty great with making sure all mail is delivered. But nonetheless, please only choose this option if you are okay with the risk.
Can I combine orders?
I cannot edit already placed orders, but I can adjust the second shipping cost and combine the orders in 1 shipment, as long as your first order has not shipped yet. Just leave me a note in your checkout window or email me at email@example.com letting me know and add both your order numbers. *If you paid in US currency only*
